At the Clew bay Meeting Room

on the 1st floor, as you get out of the lift

turn right, last room on left.

We have the room free each evening if its available
from 8 to 10.00

so if you fancy a bit of crafting after dinner

please bring something to work on.

Class Details
we will only do 3 classes during the week,
and I will see if the hotel can arrange a day trip out for us, ( will let you know.) when I have any details. ( suggestions welcome.)

We will make 3 projects with Yvonne Tune

We will use the most beautiful Card, Backgrounds,

Toppers, Lace, Ribbons, embellishments,

learning different techniques at each class.

What you need to bring

Craft Mat

3 pairs of scissors, 1 for paper, 1 very sharp one for ribbons, and 1 for sticky tapes.

Paper trimmer

Ruler, Pencil, rubber, note pad

Tweezers, Pokey tool, bone folder

Good quality all purpose glue (colall or bostic)

Foam pads, foam tape,
Double- sided tape
Hi-tac Tape (the one with the red backing) this is for sticking ribbon and lace.
Please bring your own glue gun if you have one,
and an extension lead.

I have adhesive Starter packs for €15.00

Hi Yvonne, Unfortunately I was only there all day Saturday but I enjoyed it so much. It was the best value I've got in a long time. Love all my goodies!!! All the ladies were truly lovely and I hope to meet with them again very soon. Roberta is an absolute gem. I will be keeping an eye out for your next class. Hi Yvonne, hope you have recovered from a brilliant week-end. Josie and I really did enjoy it. It was great to meet you, Roberta and all the ladies. You and the ladies we met were so helpful and accommodating and we did learn a lot. The venue was brilliant , food excellent, staff helpful and rooms v comfortable. The' more support table' was brilliant and we are grateful to you and all for your sharing, assistance and advice to us.
The music and singing was purely so enjoyable . It is an understatement to say we got more than than what was paid for, real value for money. It was a pleasure to meet you and view your experience, passion and commitment to craft and crafters. I hope to join your day and maybe the next week-end dates permitting.

It was absolutely fantastic to be there for the day on Saturday and would have loved if I could have been free for the whole weekend.The cards are so unique and beautiful.My only comment Yvonne was that while the Tea party one is just spectacular , there was a huge amount of work in it and I struggled with its detail. Maybe if lunch was a half hour shorter and we could resume that bit sooner to give more time to such an amazing work of art. Only a suggestion Yvonne. Anne x

Yvonne, thanks for organising a great weekend of crafting (no kids to join in). Thoroughly enjoyed it, even though a novice at card making.

The presentation and demonstration were great - well done you! and having the kits already prepared was an extra bonus. (Other craft tutors take note!)

The company was wonderful too - I feel very lucky to have been in the company of such fun, positive women all at once. There was a genuine love of craft there and I enjoyed that there was a helping hand, hints and tips whenever you needed it, and absolutely no competitiveness. Lovely people.

I will definitely finish the cards I have yet to complete, will send the ones I did manage to finish and hopefully the recipients will enjoy these works of art as much as I enjoyed making them.
